CANCELLATION POLICY

Angie’s Glo Lounge operates under a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged a 20% fee of the booked services scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will automatically cancel your service and you will be charged 30% of the service. If you are a new client & have already paid your deposit then the remainder totaling in 30% will be deducted. After your 3rd cancellation or no show, I will no longer accept you as a client. I do understand that life happens & some things are out of our control, but I please ask to be respectful to my time, the other clients time & my business. I want to provide the best and most relaxing experience for all my beautiful clients. In order to do that you must arrive on time so each client can receive a great experience without it being rushed. Also no children are allowed, along with friends or spouses. Only the person who the appointment is for is allowed in the suite. Teens under 16 must be accompanied by one parent only. For any questions please feel free to message me. SE HABLA ESPANOL
