CANCELLATION POLICY

Angie’s Glo Lounge operates under a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours notice, you will be charged a 20% fee of the booked services scheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I will automatically cancel your service. No Call or No show will be charged 30% of the service scheduled . After your 3rd cancellation or no show, I will no longer accept you as a client. I do understand that life happens & some things are out of our control, but I please ask to be respectful to my time, the other clients time & my business. No kids, friends, family, or spouses are allowed with the client at their scheduled appointment. Any teen 17 years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult. NO ACCEPTIONS! It’s nothing personal. Just business!
